Our Luxury Day-Of Coordinator is your calm, polished “run-the-show” partner: we step in during the final stretch to take over logistics, organize your details, and streamline communication so every vendor, VIP, and moment is perfectly aligned. We craft and share your timeline, prep your rehearsal game plan, and act as the single point of contact while you focus on each other. On the wedding day, we cue the ceremony, direct the wedding party, manage the flow, place your personal items with care, and handle surprises quietly behind the scenes—keeping everything on time and beautifully seamless. You sip, smile, and celebrate; we make it all feel effortless. (Full inclusions below.)

  • Planning window starts 8–12 weeks out (full logistics takeover).
  • 3 meetings: Kickoff Takeover (60 min), Design & Flow Review (45–60), Final Run-Through (45).
  • Documents delivered: Master Timeline, Ceremony Cue Sheet, Vendor Contact Sheet, Floor-Plan markup (1 revision), Final Ops Email to vendors 5–7 days out.
  • Vendor Coordination up to 12 vendors (arrivals, load-in, power, deliveries, layouts) + weather plan with trigger times.
  • Ceremony rehearsal direction up to 60 minutes (processional order, spacing, cues).
  • Lead Planner on wedding day (solo) from pre-setup through formal exit.
  • Primary day-of contact for vendors & VIPs; we cue and run all formalities from ceremony to send-off.
  • Wedding-party direction for up to 24 people (lineup, spacing, cueing).
  • Personal décor placement (not design): day-of signage (welcome / cards & gifts / guest book), guest book & card box, escort/seat display, pre-assembled favors at a single station; candle lighting; no set-table/tablescape work.
  • On-site coverage up to 15 hours from pre-setup through your formal exit (overtime available).
  • Secure pack-out of personal items & gifts to your designated location (up to 45 minutes).
  • Email/phone replies within 1 business day during the prep window.
  • Exclusions: No installs/rigging (ceilings, drape), heavy florals/floral design, electrical work, venue-restricted tasks, rental transport, bussing/dishwashing, teardown of vendor-owned items, or full tablescape/set-table work (we’re happy to coordinate the right pros).

Wedding Planning Add-Ons​

  • Bathroom Basket Creation – $75-$150 each; we will work with the couple on their vision and put it together for them, cost will vary based on items included

PAYMENT

  • 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking​
  • 25% due halfway before the date of the event​
  • Full payment due the week before the date of the event​
