Additional expenses worth noting
- 200+ guests: Custom Quote
- Travel Fee: $1.00 per mile beyond 30 miles from coordinator’s location
- Hotel accommodation required for venues 90+ miles away from coordinator or events ending after 11
- Bathroom Basket: $75 – $150
- Teardown Services: $450 for an additional hour
- 3rd Assistant Coordinator* – $250 per additional assistant. Recommended for weddings over 150 guests, extensive décor, room flips, multiple locations, and large wedding parties.
*Required for weddings over 150 guests or complex room flips.
PAYMENT
- 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking
- 25% due halfway before the date of the event
- Full payment due the week before the date of the event
