Additional expenses worth noting

  • 200+ guests: Custom Quote
  • Travel Fee: $1.00 per mile beyond 30 miles from coordinator’s location
  • Hotel accommodation required for venues 90+ miles away from coordinator or events ending after 11
  • Bathroom Basket: $75 – $150
  • Teardown Services: $450 for an additional hour
  • 3rd Assistant Coordinator* – $250 per additional assistant. Recommended for weddings over 150 guests, extensive décor, room flips, multiple locations, and large wedding parties.
    *Required for weddings over 150 guests or complex room flips.

PAYMENT

  • 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking​
  • 25% due halfway before the date of the event​
  • Full payment due the week before the date of the event​
