Our Virtual Logistics Concierge is your behind-the-scenes personal admin—100% online—built to tame the tedious stuff and keep your wedding running like a well-oiled machine. We set up and streamline your digital ecosystem (including Zola/The Knot), organize clean guest and vendor systems, and keep communications humming with smart automations and timely reminders. We centralize documents, timelines, and run-of-show, & keep everyone synced in one shared hub. It’s pure logistics and organization (not design or full planning) with no on-site attendance—you stay present with your people while we keep the back end beautiful. (Full inclusions below.)

Set up/optimize your Zola/The Knot site & RSVP forms; test links + QR codes.

Automated reminders (email/SMS) for save-the-dates, RSVPs, meal choices, and “last call.”

Track RSVPs, meals, allergies; export counts for caterer & venue.

Create a live Vendor Contact Sheet (names, cells, arrivals, load-in, parking, backup).

Draft the Master Run-of-Show (ceremony → exit) and keep all vendors synced.

(If needed) Generate QR codes (RSVP, seating chart, menu, gallery, registry) and test them.

Virtual only: We do not attend rehearsal, ceremony, or reception. Not design/planning: No vendor selection, styling, tablescape/floral decisions, or rentals sourcing — we organize the details you provide.
Wedding Planning Add-Ons
- Bathroom Basket Creation – $75-$150 each; we will work with the couple on their vision and put it together for them, cost will vary based on items included
PAYMENT
- 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking
- 25% due halfway before the date of the event
- Full payment due the week before the date of the event
